Network Operations Center Associate

What We Need We are currently looking to hire a Network Operations Center Associate within our SVS division. This position falls under our Technology Operations line of business and is located in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the corporate production WAN/LAN infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations in a 24/7/365 Data Center environment. You will report directly to the IT Operations Manager and collaborate regularly with IT support, engineering, and external clients.
