Senior Manager, Strategy and Execution for Lodging

What We Need The Senior Manager, Strategy and Execution for Lodging will play a critical role in advancing Corpay Lodging Payments’ most important strategic and operational priorities. This high-impact role will partner closely with the Vice President of Business Transformation, Group President of Lodging, and senior leaders across the business to assess complex challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives that drive measurable results. Operating with a hands-on, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset, this individual will help accelerate transformation, strengthen operating performance, and deliver scalable solutions that support the continued growth of the Lodging business. Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Rapidly assessing business problems, identifying root causes, and defining actionable solutions Leading and supporting high-impact transformation initiatives (cost optimization, process redesign, digital transformation, etc.) Partnering with senior stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and align on outcomes Analyzing data to generate insights and inform decision-making Designing and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable results across the Lodging Payments business Acting as a change agent—drive adoption of new processes, tools, or operating models Building business cases, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership Deploying quickly into different units or functions within the Lodging Payments business as needed Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree often preferred) 3–8+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, or transformation roles, with a preference for experience in strategy consulting Strong educational and professional background from institutions known for developing world-class talent Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization and in a matrixed environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in ambiguous, high-pressure environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven track record of delivering measurable business results Experience with data tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools) is a plus Brings a consultative mindset Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes   Our Company & Purpose Corpay is a global leader in business payments, laser focused on developing smarter ways for businesses to pay their expenses.  Since 2000, Corpay has developed innovative digital solutions that help businesses better track, manage, and pay their expenses.
