Research Associate

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Research Associate to join the Wheat Team within Controlled Environments. We are looking for candidates who take initiative, love to learn, work hard, and have a stable work history. What You’ll Do: Manage experiments and production practices associated with paternal double haploid wheat production in a controlled environment * Manage a team of contractors to execute production of wheat plants. * Manage schedule for a production team, assigning team members tasks and confirming all tasks throughout the week are completed. * Track experiments through various production steps and ensure processes are completed successfully. * Utilize data to communicate performance of experiments and production output. * Conduct lab-based tasks to apply treatments to plantlets and view biological progression. * Collaborate with various teams on plant care and process steps.
