Purpose: Ensure business needs are accurately translated into effective Odoo ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency and user adoption.

• Requirements are captured, validated, and documented clearly in structured formats.
• Business processes are analyzed and improved, meeting agreed efficiency benchmarks.
• ERP solutions are implemented with alignment to user needs and minimal rework.
• Users are effectively trained, and post-implementation issues are resolved within acceptable service levels.

• →Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• →Analyze current workflows and propose process improvements.
• →Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• →Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and implementation.
• →Conduct system testing, including UAT coordination and validation.
• →Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support.
• →Prepare structured documentation, including BRDs, process flows, and user guides.
• →Troubleshoot system issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications in business analysis or ERP systems are advantageous (nice-to-have).

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Odoo ERP systems.
• Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation.
• Experience in ERP implementation or system integration projects is required.
• Exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, HR, Inventory, or Finance is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation tools.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Familiarity with testing processes (UAT, validation) is required.
• Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) is required.

• Business process optimization and workflow design.
• ERP implementation lifecycle and system integration.
• Industry domain knowledge (Manufacturing, HR, Inventory, Finance) is advantageous.
