Job Summary
 
This person will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementing, maintaining, and supporting Cotton’s HSE programs and solutions for Cotton Divisions, company projects and strategic initiatives. The HSE Manager will be required to administer Cotton HSE programs across a spectrum of regional Cotton Division projects, seeking to protect the workforce, the public, and the environment. The HSE Manager will be responsible for mentoring HSE Specialists to ensure project sites throughout the enterprise follow government regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. The HSE Manager will simultaneously support multiple divisions and companies and interact with key leaders to ensure Cotton HSE Programs and corresponding strategic initiatives are implemented and continuously improved.
