• Engage with customers through phone, online chat, and email, playing a key role in delivering a positive customer experience
• Listen to and understand customer needs, providing clear, thoughtful, and effective solutions
• Serve as a trusted first point of contact between the brand and its customers, helping to build strong relationships and reflect the company’s values
