The Senior Capacity Planning Manager role plays a strategic part in establishing KPIs, forecasting logistics capacity, integrating sales forecasts into planning, analyzing driver performance, and developing workforce planning tools to optimize last mile and middle mile operations.

• →Establish key performance indicators and benchmarks for planning and forecasting into last mile and middle mile logistics.
• →Prepare and share daily/monthly last mile and middle mile capacity manpower and asset planning models and collaborate with operations teams to execute.
• →Connect with S&OP(Sales & Operations Planning) to collect the GMV/Sales forecast and transform them into the logistics expansion planning.
• →Measuring the last mile driver's performance analysis of multiple cost models and design the route/area-wise productivity of each driver.
• →Support the development and implementation of workforce planning tools for accurate capacity forecasting.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in logistics last mile and middle mile.
• Proven experience in data processing and analysis to build models that support business decisions.
• Strong communication skills across various contexts.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheet, Tableau and SQL/Python.

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in planning and project management.
