Sortation Manager

• →Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or an operations-related field.
• →Logistics Network Knowledge: Direct background in middle-mile sort centers, hub-and-spoke models, or last-mile delivery station (CAMP) operations.
• →Process Improvement: Hands-on experience or certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous process improvement methodologies.
• →Data & Systems Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), labor planning software, and data analytics tools for volume forecasting.
