Join a newly established team responsible for testing, validating, and optimizing product features and operational processes. This role serves as the bridge between Business, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring solutions are delivered accurately and perform as intended. The position also includes managing a small team and helping shape scalable operating processes.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead pre-launch and post-launch testing and validation of product features and tools.
- →Conduct competitor research and market testing to identify opportunities and risks.
- →Validate product functionality and troubleshoot issues with cross-functional partners.
- →Translate business requirements into clear requirements for Engineering teams.
- →Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to drive successful launches.
- →Manage and develop a team of 3 members (1 L5, 2 L4).
Requirements
~2 min read- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, E-commerce Operations, QA, Product Management, or a related field.
- Experience working directly with Engineering teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong testing, validation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience in large e-commerce, marketplace, or technology companies.
- Background in Product Operations, QA, PM, or Category/Merchandising Operations.
- Experience working with China-based e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Prior team leadership or people management experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
