Responsibilities

  • →Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the Singapore Business Unit, serving as a critical bridge for communication and strategy between the HR Team and department heads.
  • →Take full ownership of end-to-end operational HR tasks, including the complete lifecycle management of Work Permits and Employment Pass applications (new applications, renewals, and cancellations).
    • →Managing OFWAS, IRAS (IR21 & IR8A), MOM, MSF (Leave), NS Portal
  • →Oversee employee benefits administration, with a specific focus on Primary Care Plans (PCP) insurance, insurance bonds and related queries.
  • →Manage all statutory claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions for maternity leave, childcare leave, and other government-paid leave schemes.
  • →Assisting Finance & Accounting Manager with Office Administration including
    • →Purchasing of stationary, office & pantry supplies
    • →Office GA: Printers, AC, Couriers, etc
    • →Coordinating with all departments regarding office necessities
  • →Collaborate closely with the HR Operations team to identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and streamline internal HR processes.
  • →Support the implementation and rollout of various local and regional HR initiatives designed to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong operational accuracy and deep knowledge of MOM regulations and statutory compliance requirements in Singapore.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as a consultative partner to business leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume HR administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in the property management or hospitality industries is highly regarded.
