• Ensure zero major incidents throughout the full project lifecycle through systematic HSE risk management, safeguarding personnel, assets, and the environment.
• Drive the development of HSE compliance systems to reduce legal and reputational risks arising from non-compliance.
• Foster HSE culture and build team capabilities to enhance the overall safety awareness of the project team and achieve sustainable safety performance.
• Support on-time and on-quality project delivery by preventing schedule delays and cost overruns caused by incidents.

• Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of project management.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated leadership presence with a proactive approach to taking ownership and accountability.
• Results-driven with a high level of motivation and commitment to HSE excellence.
