What You Will Achieve:
- Build and manage a thriving portfolio of personal lines clients by leveraging our industry-leading technology and broad carrier access to maximize sales.
- Become a trusted insurance sales expert, identifying client needs and selling the right combination of products to provide comprehensive protection.
- Drive new business revenue by actively prospecting, cultivating a strong referral network, and using our tech-enabled tools to manage your sales pipeline.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that goes "Beyond Expectation," fostering loyalty that leads to high retention and referral opportunities.
Qualifications for this Role:
- An active Personal Lines or P&C license, with current licensure in New York being a key requirement.
- 5+ years of demonstrated success as a licensed agent with a focus on personal lines (e.g., Home, Auto, Umbrella, etc.).
- A proven track record of success in personal lines insurance sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of personal insurance products, policies, and carrier underwriting guidelines.
- AMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Agency Management Systems (e.g., EZLynx, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft) to quote new business and manage client policies.
- CRM Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue and manage your sales pipeline using modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho)
