• →Unload containers and safely handle merchandise by placing items onto pallets.
• →Actively contribute to the organization and optimization of the warehouse, including sorting, inventory counts, and space improvements.
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment on a daily basis.
• →Receive, sort, and inspect returned items to ensure quality standards are met and items are restocked when applicable.
• →Prepare orders with attention to detail, including picking merchandise and printing/applying shipping labels.
• →Work closely with the warehouse operator, Customer Happiness Managers, and the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• →Support various warehouse-related tasks as needed, based on operational priorities.

• 1–2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment. 
• Ability to work physically for extended periods (standing, lifting up to 49 lbs / 22 kg, working in variable temperatures). 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes consistently. 
• Comfort working with inspections, quality checks, and basic documentation. 
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Experience in quality control, returns processing, or furniture handling is a plus. 
• Experience in small teams or start-up environments is a plus.
