Client Coordinator- Part Time | Copper Aesthetics

Copper Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery Downtown Petoskey is looking for an outgoing, polished, and patient-focused Client Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who wants to learn about the world of medical aesthetics, build long lasting patient relationships and be apart of a strong and driven team.

You don't need years of aesthetics experience to make an impact here. We're looking for someone with the personality, initiative, professionalism, and genuine interest in the industry to grow with us.

• Prior front desk, medical office, hospitality, retail, or strong customer-service experience is ideal, but we are willing to train the right person.
• A warm, dependable, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, coachable, strong follow-through, able to learn and use resources independently, comfortable multitasking, and genuinely great with people.
• A genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or wellness and excitement about developing your knowledge of the industry.
• A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and looks for ways to support patients and teammates without always needing direction.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to confidently make decisions in a busy environment.
• Social media experience is a plus, we have a ton of opportunity for great content!

• →Create an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming patients, managing check-in and check-out, processing payments, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for.
• →Coordinate appointments, confirmations, reminders, phone calls, emails, and provider communication to help keep the patient experience seamless and organized.
• →Take ownership of the front desk by opening and closing the office, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment, and proactively identifying what needs attention throughout the day.
• →Support the Copper team with patient records, reports, supplies, marketing materials, and other daily operational needs while collaborating to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
