Front Desk Receptionist- Allure Laser & Medical Spa

Allure Laser & Medical Spa is looking for a warm, polished, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Sherman, TX.

We're looking for more than someone who can answer phones and schedule appointments. We want someone who takes initiative, builds genuine relationships with patients, supports their teammates, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

• →Welcome patients, answer incoming calls and messages, schedule appointments, and provide a friendly and professional front-desk experience.
• →Proactively manage appointment flow and patient communication while helping keep daily clinic operations organized and running smoothly.
• →Learn about Allure's services and products so you can confidently answer questions and support an exceptional patient experience.
• →Collaborate with providers and teammates, stepping in where needed and contributing to a positive, supportive clinic environment.

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, medical administration, or another client-facing role.
• An outgoing, personable, and approachable personality with a natural ability to connect with patients and build positive relationships.
• A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates what needs to be done, and is comfortable jumping in to support the team.
• Strong computer and technology skills, with the ability to quickly learn new scheduling systems, software, and digital tools.
• Polished and articulate communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and professionally with patients both in person and over the phone.
• A genuine interest in health, wellness, skincare, and medical aesthetics and an enthusiasm for learning about Allure's treatments, services, and products.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail in a busy patient-facing environment.
• A dependable team player who enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a positive, supportive workplace.
• Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, plastic surgery practice, healthcare office, or aesthetics environment is an asset, but not required for the right candidate.
