Manager: Projects We are assisting our client with a Manager: Projects opportunity on Substations with our leading EPC CLient. This senior role will suit a proven project leader who can manage full project delivery from award through commissioning, handover, and close-out. Basic Functions Lead major projects from mobilisation to close-out. Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, SHEQ, and client satisfaction. Establish project strategy, governance, reporting, and controls. Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Manage budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and cost control. Lead contractual and commercial matters including claims and variations. Manage senior client, stakeholder, and project team relationships. Drive risk management, recovery plans, and project performance. Requirements National Diploma, B.Tech, or Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. SACPCMP, PMP, or equivalent advantageous Must be an Eskom Authorised person 10–15 years’ experience in multi-disciplinary construction or infrastructure project delivery. Proven experience delivering projects from inception to commissioning and close-out. Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management experience. NEC, FIDIC, or JBCC contract experience advantageous. Strong leadership and senior stakeholder management skills.
