• →Perform cooling tower and heat exchanger flow surveys at customer facilities.
• →Operate ultrasonic flow meters and associated diagnostic equipment.
• →Measure flow rates, temperatures, pressures, and other process variables.
• →Trace piping systems and verify system configurations.
• →Record and organize field data accurately.
• →Prepare sketches, notes, and supporting information for final reports.
• →Assist in developing process flow diagrams and survey deliverables.
• →Identify flow imbalances, restrictions, and operational issues.
• →Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers and customers.
• →Maintain and calibrate flow survey equipment.
• →Follow all company and customer safety requirements.
• →Travel extensively to customer sites throughout North America.
• →Support startup, troubleshooting, and balancing activities as required.
• →Work independently or alongside other technicians and engineers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• TWIC card required. 
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Excel, and basic reporting software.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and perform work in industrial environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass customer-required safety training, drug screens, and background checks.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% or more as project demands require.

• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, and work in outdoor environments.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, respirators, and fall protection equipment.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
