Senior Livestreaming MC/Moderator Management

We are looking for a Senior Livestreaming MC/Moderator Management
to oversee the development and performance of our livestream hosts (MCs). This role will lead the overall MC and Live Moderator function by driving talent quality, coaching, performance management, and development. While a dedicated team will handle daily recruitment and scheduling operations, this role will oversee those functions to ensure the right talent is recruited, deployed, and continuously developed to deliver outstanding livestream performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

MC Team Leadership 

• Lead and oversee the overall MC and Live Moderator function to ensure a high-performing and professional livestream talent team.  

• Guide the team for recruitment and scheduling, ensuring effective workforce planning and talent allocation.  

• Develop processes and best practices to improve team efficiency and talent quality.  

Training & Talent Development 

• Design and deliver structured onboarding and training programs for new and existing MCs and Live Moderators.  

• Coach MCs and Live Moderators on hosting techniques, audience engagement, product storytelling, and live selling skills.  

• Identify skill gaps and create development plans to continuously elevate MC and Live Moderator performance.  

• Ensure consistency in brand representation across all livestream sessions.  

• Provide additional coaching based on livestream observations to continuously improve hosting quality.  

• Ensure MCs receive proper product knowledge and campaign briefings before going live.  

Performance Management 

• Establish and monitor MC and Live Moderator performance KPIs, including engagement, conversion, professionalism, and livestream quality.  

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback and coaching.  

• Work closely with underperforming MCs and Live Moderators to improve performance while recognizing and developing top talent.  
  
  

Qualifications & Experience 

• 3+ years of experience in livestreaming, talent management, training, coaching, performance management, or related fields.  

• Previous experience managing livestream hosts, creators, or on-screen talent is highly preferred.  

• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.  

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or performance tracking tools.  

• Comfortable communicating in English.
