During this internship, you will join our Media Buying team and gain hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns across multiple regions. Working closely with our media buyers, design, and development teams, you will learn how to manage and optimise campaigns across leading advertising networks (mainly Google Display Network, as well as Facebook and other DSPs) used all over the world. You will develop your knowledge of campaign management, data analysis, and optimisation, with plenty of room to bring your own ideas and suggestions to improve our workflow and products.

Campaign Management: you will help develop, deploy, and optimise search campaigns that drive traffic to our proprietary application portals
Research & Analysis: you will conduct market and competitor research to feed into campaign execution, analyse conversion data, identify trends, and optimise campaigns to meet agreed CPA targets and ROI goals
Testing: you will run A/B tests on creatives and ad copy to maximise CTR
Business Development: you will help identify and present new campaign opportunities to the relevant stakeholders
Collaboration: you will work closely with our media buying team and collaborate daily with the design and development teams
Requirements
~1 min readCurrently enrolled throughout the internship in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related study (e.g. Marketing, Business, or related course)
Available for at least 32 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months
Available from September 2026
Familiar with ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook advertising
Confident with Excel and comfortable working with figures
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive
Analytical Mindset: we are looking for someone who is comfortable with figures and data and can turn analysis into action
Marketing Curiosity: a genuine interest in the online marketing industry (games / apps / music / videos) and how performance campaigns work
Ownership: this role gives you real responsibility, so you should be solutions-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and not afraid to take the lead on your projects
Collaborative: you will work closely with the media buying, design, and development teams, so you need to be open to teamwork and feedback
