Credible is open to hiring candidates in the following locations: Arizona, Connecticut, Kansas, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Florida
This role is designed for Property & Casualty agents who are already comfortable with insurance risk, underwriting considerations, and coverage structure and are looking to apply that knowledge in a high-volume, modern, digital environment.
While this is not an entry-level role, we welcome agents who have built a strong foundation in P&C insurance through agency, brokerage, or insurtech experience. Training is focused on our systems, workflows, and performance expectations—not on core insurance fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client-submitted online applications to assess risk and coverage needs
- Advise customers on appropriate property and casualty coverage, limits, and endorsements
- Present and explain quotes from multiple carriers clearly and confidently
- Guide customers through binding and checkout with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver a polished, customer-centric experience, including for referral and partner-driven clients
- Manage a high-volume pipeline in a performance-driven environment
- Work closely with internal teams and carrier partners to resolve underwriting or eligibility issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up using CRM and internal tools
Requirements

- Proven P&C insurance sales experience (personal lines required)
- Strong understanding of homeowners and/or auto insurance, underwriting considerations, and coverage structures
- Experience working with multiple carriers and varying underwriting appetites
- Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and professionally
- Comfort operating in a digital-first, metrics-driven, high-volume environment
- Strong time management, organization, and self-direction in a remote role
- Broker or marketplace experience strongly preferred
