Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a professional, customer-focused Golf Shop Associate to support daily golf operations at the prestigious Cap Rock Clubhouse. This role serves as a primary point of contact for members and guests, assisting with tee time reservations, golfer check-in, retail sales, tournament support, and overall golf shop operations.

• →Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
• →Manage tee time reservations, golfer check-in, and daily play schedules.
• →Answer phone calls, provide course information, and respond to guest inquiries.
• →Process retail and golf-related transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• →Assist with opening and closing procedures for the golf shop.
• →Maintain merchandise displays, visual presentation standards, and shop cleanliness.
• →Receive, organize, and replenish inventory as needed.
• →Support golf tournaments, member events, and special outings.
• →Coordinate with Golf Operations staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• →Promote merchandise, golf programs, and resort offerings to members and guests.
• →Maintain accurate records and follow established cash-handling procedures.
• →Perform additional duties as assigned by Golf Operations leadership.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn golf management and point-of-sale systems.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Previous golf, retail, hospitality, country club, or resort experience preferred.
• Knowledge of golf terminology and golf operations is a plus.
• Experience handling cash and retail transactions.
