Grill Cook - Slick Rock Grill

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a Grill Cook responsible for preparing and serving menu items while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety standards. This role supports daily kitchen operations and provides efficient, courteous service to members and guests.

• →Prepare and cook menu items to order according to established standards
• →Ensure food quality, portion control, and proper presentation
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• →Stock and prepare ingredients and supplies based on daily needs
• →Process orders accurately and efficiently
• →Communicate clearly with team members and guests
• →Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

• Prior experience in grill or line cooking preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
• ServSafe Alcohol Awareness Certification required
• Must be able to follow safety and food handling procedures
