Housekeeping Houseperson

The Housekeeping Houseperson supports the Housekeeping team by maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked guest floors, public areas, and service spaces while assisting with the daily needs of Room Attendants.

Key responsibilities include delivering and removing linens, towels, and guest supplies; restocking housekeeping closets and carts; removing trash and soiled linen; maintaining corridors, elevators, stairwells, and assigned public areas; and responding promptly to guest and departmental requests.

The Houseperson will also assist Room Attendants with heavier tasks, help move furniture or supplies when needed, report maintenance and safety concerns, and ensure housekeeping areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked.

The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a physically active environment. Previous housekeeping, hotel, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required. A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service are essential.

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays, may be required based on hotel business needs.
