Optimal Field Services, is looking to add an experienced Field Accountant to our team. The Field Accountant for Optimal Field Services will be responsible for coordination, tracking and documentation of all aspects of timekeeping and client billing. This position will work collaboratively with the job site and home office staff. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complies employee time and production records.
Reviews timesheets, work charts, and timecards for completeness.
Receive, verify, and file all time exception forms.
Reconcile all timecard exceptions.
Run all necessary reports and payroll processing.
Produce reports, letters, and other correspondence as needed.
Administrative support to Project Management, Superintendent, and General Foreman.
Prioritize work to meet goals and objectives within acceptable time frames.
Carry out assigned projects to their completion.
Prepare and complete Cost Reports for both inhouse and client requirements.
Prepare and submit inhouse and client billing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
 
REQUIREMENTS FOR Field Accountant:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
TWIC and OSHA.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook is preferred.
Have a minimum of one-year experience using track software.
3+ years of timekeeping experience in construction/turnaround environments.
Must be able to document and interpret time.
Must be able to track multiple jobs simultaneously.
Strong attention detail and analytical abilities.
Must be available to travel.
