Chef de Rang

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and assist them in selecting menu items

- Take and process food and beverage orders

- Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and accurately

- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area

- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

- Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings as required

Qualifications:



FLUENT IN GERMAN (Speaking & Reading)

- Previous experience as a senior waiter or in a similar role in a 4/5 star restaurant

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Knowledge of cash handling and credit card processing

- Willingness to travel and working on weekends

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and background check to work in a cruise ship
