Position: German Speaking Housekeeper

Position Overview:

As a German Speaking Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest cabins and public areas on board our luxury cruise ships. You will work closely with a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that each guest's needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest cabins according to company standards

- Ensure public areas are tidy and well-maintained

- Stock and replenish supplies in guest cabins and public areas

- Assist with laundry and ironing services for guests

- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Communicate effectively with other housekeeping staff and crew members

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- Fluent in German and English

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
