Job Description:

he successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our passengers while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to passengers in Japanese

Assist passengers with their queries and requests in Japanese

Ensure passengers are satisfied with their experience

Assist in the operation of the vessel

Comply with safety regulations and procedures

Maintain a clean and safe environment

Communicate with other crew members in Japanese

Assist with any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken)

Experience in customer service

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Ability to work on board a vessel

Ability to follow safety regulations and procedures

Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
