Description

Responsibilities

→Master’s degree in a social science or related field
→Eligible for or pursuing Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) licensure or higher (Licensure costs reimbursed; support provided)
→At least 2 years of supervised clinical experience working with individuals experiencing serious mental illness
→Strong clinical judgment, calm decision-making, and comfort in high-pressure situations
→Prior leadership, supervision, or consultation experience strongly preferred
