Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Closing Specialist to join our personal injury
firm. The Closing Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the final stages of client cases,
ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of financial matters related to settlements and liens.
Responsibilities:
● Settlement Processing: Facilitate the smooth and timely processing of settlements for
clients, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately documented and distributed.
● Lien Resolution: Manage lien negotiations and settlements with medical providers,
ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients and the firm.
● Client Communication: Prepare detailed memos and communicate financial outcomes
to clients, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the closing process.
● Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions,
ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
● Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and external stakeholders to
resolve financial issues and finalize case closures.
● Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve
efficiency within the closing process.
Qualifications:
● Experience: Previous experience in a legal or financial role involving settlements, liens,
or financial management is preferred.
● Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in
financial documentation and analysis.
● Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal,
particularly in explaining financial matters to clients.

Education:
