The Marketing Manager role at Rikka Law Group is pivotal in bridging marketing strategy with business growth. This role is designed for a strong marketing executor who can translate the founder’s vision into consistent campaigns, content distribution, lead-generation activity, and measurable business results. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in articulating Rikka Law’s unique value proposition, fostering lead generation, and driving the firm's vision forward.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Marketing Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the founder to execute and enhance existing marketing strategies, coordinating initiatives across various channels.
- →Social Media Management: Oversee all organic social media activities, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with strategic business goals. Manage social engagement, including monitoring comments/DMs and routing high-intent inquiries appropriately.
- →Content Operations: Transform and distribute existing content across multiple platforms to maximize reach and impact.
- →Marketing Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and guide adjustments for continuous improvement.
- →Vendor Management: Serve as the primary contact with marketing agencies, ensuring alignment on strategy execution and deliverables.
- →Business Development Support: Facilitate lead generation activities and support business development efforts, potentially including event attendance and networking.
- →Client Intake Support (Future Potential): Assist in evolving the client success program, enhancing engagement and onboarding processes.
- →Light Recruiting Support: Aid in initial candidate screenings during peak hiring phases, not as a primary recruiter but as support to streamline processes.
- →Value Proposition Communication: Clarify and communicate Rikka Law’s unique value proposition across privacy law, AI governance, commercial legal services, government services, Rikka Academy, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Marketing Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in marketing, with the ability to operate independently and understand foundational marketing principles.
- Strong Execution Capability: Demonstrated capacity to translate strategic vision into actionable marketing plans without heavy oversight.
- Content Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in thought leadership, content distribution, and social media engagement.
- High Ownership: Self-driven with the ability to build momentum and solve problems efficiently.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with the founder, clients, vendors, and event participants.
- Leadership Collaboration: Work directly with a visionary founder, contributing to the firm's growth and strategic direction.
- Autonomous Influence: Take full ownership of the marketing function, carving out opportunities for creativity and strategic innovation.
