Responsibilities

- →Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact, greeting in-office visitors and answering inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- →Appointment Coordination: Efficiently schedule and manage all client appointments, acting as a gatekeeper for the attorney’s calendar.
- →Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to Aurelio Garza and serves as the primary gatekeeper for his calendar and client intake flow.
- →Intake Management: Complete and qualify all client intakes with accuracy, aligning them with the firm's practice areas and referring non-fits appropriately.
- →Review Solicitation: Proactively seek Google reviews from clients to enhance firm visibility and reputation.
- →Reliable Front Desk Presence: Ensure dependable on-site coverage beginning at 8:00 a.m. to maintain high service standards.
- →Solution-Focused Approach: Address challenges proactively, maintaining a ‘no excuses—get the job done’ attitude.
- →Culture Fit: You are thick-skinned, highly accountable, and comfortable working with a direct, high-standard leadership style (military-background expectations: punctuality, precision, and follow-through).
- Experience Requirement: 2–3 years in legal intake, preferably within estate planning, probate, elder law, or real estate.
- Client Service Skills: Exceptional communication and customer-first mindset, with a polished phone and in-person presence.
- Organizational Ability: Strong scheduling, calendar management, and data capture skills.
- Personal Traits: Highly reliable, punctual, adaptable to changing situations, and driven by a no-excuses mentality.
- Be thick-skinned, highly accountable, and comfortable working with a direct, high-standard leadership style (military-background expectations: punctuality, precision, and follow-through).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with estate planning, probate processes, and real estate law.
- Proactive Mindset: Able to learn quickly and operate independently within 60–90 days.
- Mentorship Opportunity: Work directly with Aurelio Garza, gaining insights and guidance from the firm's owner.
