Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm’s goals and vision.
  • Digital Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage social media ads and Google Ads, focusing on ROI and performance.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop an in-house marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Project Coordination: Create and maintain project plans, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Implement reliable reporting systems to track ad spend, conversions, and return on investment.
  • Event Coordination: Support and manage logistics for community events, enhancing brand presence and client engagement.
  • Budget Management: Recommend and justify budget allocations and increases based on data-driven insights.
  • Website Oversight: Ensure the firm's website is current, accurate, and effectively supports marketing efforts.
  • Marketing Experience: At least 6 years in digital marketing, with senior-level experience running paid media campaigns.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and developing successful marketing teams.
  • Analytical Abilities: Expertise in marketing analytics, data visualization, and A/B testing to optimize strategies and reporting.
  • Organizational Excellence: Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate strategies and results effectively.
  • Autonomy: The ability to work independently, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table.
