Java Spring/Backend programer

• Razvoj i implementacija novih softverskih programa korišćenjem Java Spring okvira u cilju ostvarivanja ciljeva Banke i unapređivanja bankarske platforme
• Održavanje i unapređivanje performansi postojećeg softvera, uz obezbjeđivanje njegove skalabilnosti, sigurnosti i efikasnosti
• Saradnja sa timom programera, analitičara i projektnih menadžera u cilju isporuke softverskih rješenja visokog kvaliteta koja su usklađena sa strateškim ciljevima Banke
• Razvoj čistog, efikasnog i održivog koda, u skladu sa najboljim praksama u razvoju softvera
• Učestvovanje u kompletnom životnom ciklusu aplikacije, sa fokusom na programiranje, otklanjanje grešaka i testiranje
• Pružanje tehničke podrške za bankarsku platformu, uključujući identifikaciju i rješavanje problema, u slučaju da nastanu
• Obavljanje zadataka integracije softvera sa ciljem povezivanja različitih eksternih bankarskih aplikacija i servisa, uz osiguravanje nesmetanog i efikasnog rada kompletne bankarske platforme
• Kontinuirano praćenje i implementacija najnovijih dostignuća u oblasti Java Spring tehnologije i trendova u bankarskoj industriji u cilju njihove integracije u platformu

• VII-stepen, VSS; Tehničkog usmjerenja ili drugi odgovarajući fakultet
• Minimum 2 godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
• Napredna znanja rada na računaru (Microsoft Windows i Linux operativnih sistema i Office tools)
• Dobro razumijevanje Jave i komponenti Spring ekosistema kao što su Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA i Spring Security
• Poznavanje tehnologija baza podataka (npr. SQL, NoSQL) i veb servisa (npr. REST, SOAP)
• Napredno znanje engleskog jezika
• Sposobnost rada u timskom okruženju, kao i samostalno
• Napredne vještine rješavanja problema i fokusiranost na detalje

• Develop and implement new software solutions using the Java Spring framework to support the Bank’s objectives and enhance its banking platform.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software while ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with the Bank’s strategic goals.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with software development best practices.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle, with a focus on coding, debugging, and testing.
• Provide technical support for the banking platform, including identifying and resolving issues when they arise.
• Perform software integration tasks to connect various external banking applications and services, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the overall banking platform.
• Continuously monitor and implement the latest advancements in Java Spring technologies and banking industry trends to enhance the platform

• University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a technical field or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or a similar role.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Linux operating systems, and Office tools.
• Strong understanding of Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and web services (e.g., REST, SOAP).
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
