CrossCountry is seeking an experienced manager-level Marketing AI Content Strategist to lead the evolution of our AI-enabled content development model. This strategic role will centralize thought leadership governance, elevate enterprise content quality, and maximize the use of Jasper to increase speed, consistency, and impact across our marketing programs.

As part of our Solutions & Ecosystem Marketing group, this role will serve as the architect of our content framework, building scalable systems that support market campaigns, partner initiatives, and firmwide growth priorities.

This is not a production writing role. It is a strategic content leadership role focused on governance, frameworks, and AI-enabled content development.

· Develop and manage the firmwide content strategy and proactively identify high-impact thought leadership themes, aligned to enterprise priorities and growth objectives for priority solutions, service lines, industries, and geographies, and informed by market trends, competitive intelligence, client demand signals, search behavior, and AI-driven discovery patterns.

· Own content-driven SEO and GEO strategy, ensuring firm content and thought leadership are optimized for traditional search engines and generative AI search experiences.

· Establish and maintain a centralized editorial framework, an annual content roadmap, and structure intake and prioritization process.

· Serve as a strategic advisor to practice leaders and marketing strategists, ensuring content aligns with business priorities and drives clear differentiation.

· Build and maintain structured prompt libraries, modular templates, and reusable AI frameworks.

· Standardize AI-assisted workflows for marketing and campaign assets.

· Develop quality control standards for AI-generated content to ensure brand integrity and consistency.

· Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.

· Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.

· Train marketing team members on effective Jasper utilization.

· Identify and track measurable efficiencies in content development cycle time.

· Create modular content structures that enable repurposing across campaigns, field marketing, partner marketing, and digital channels.

· Reduce bespoke content development through repeatable frameworks and messaging briefs.

· Partner closely with the Campaigns Manager to ensure content is optimized for omni-channel activation.

· Define KPIs for content engagement, influence, and production efficiency, and use performance data and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine content strategy and AI workflows.

· 7+ years (Manager) of B2B experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, or technology-enabled environments.

· Hands-on, advanced experience with Jasper (or a comparable AI content platform), including prompt engineering, template development, AI-driven content workflows, and SEO/GEO tools such as SEMrush.

· Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level content governance and strategic thought leadership programs.

· Strong understanding of how AI enhances strategic content development and market differentiation.

· Experience operating effectively within matrixed organizations and collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups and service areas.

· Exceptional editorial judgment, strategic writing capability, and ability to uphold governance and quality standards.

· Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.

· Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.

· Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.

· Agile, innovative mindset with intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing firm, continuously monitoring emerging marketing, AI, and industry trends to deliver strategic value.

 
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
