Our horticulturists, landscapers, and designers work together to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces using plants grown locally across the Central Virginia Region. By focusing on quality and plants suited to Central Virginia’s climate, we create landscapes built to thrive.

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our award-winning Landscape Maintenance division—someone who’s not just looking for a job, but a long-term home where they can make a real impact.
As a family-owned business with deep roots in the community, this isn’t a “build it and sell it” environment. We’re focused on long-term success, strong relationships, and doing things the right way. In this role, you’ll help guide a well-established, high-performing operation while continuing to build on a legacy of quality, service, and trust.
You’ll be leading a team that supports over 800 active customers and 100+ employees (including seasonal team members), working across multiple departments. You won’t be starting from scratch—this is a stable, successful operation with a strong foundation and a team that takes pride in their work.
As part of a larger organization of 230+ employees across Central Virginia, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role within one of the region’s most diverse and respected horticulture companies.

- Address challenges head-on, including team development, performance management, and conflict resolution

- Partner closely with ownership on strategy, decision-making, and overall business direction
- Communicate effectively with both team members and customers—conversastional spanish and english skills are essential
