As Senior Director, Partnerships, you will be the connective tissue between Crusoe's energy development ambitions and the external ecosystem of power producers, renewable developers, and utilities that make those ambitions possible. You will build and lead a high-impact partnerships function within the Energy Development Group — cultivating the relationships and deal flow that unlock new data center opportunities at GW scale across North America. This is a senior, externally facing role that requires deep credibility in the energy industry, a strong existing network, and the strategic instincts to identify and structure partnerships that create long-term value for Crusoe and its partners.
