CSI Global is establishing a specialized TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) Technical Unit in the Eastern Region to support major projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking ambitious and detail-oriented Saudi Mechanical Engineers to build this team from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates and junior engineers to become experts in the critical field of HVAC system performance. You will be part of a comprehensive, structured training program led by industry veterans, designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience to become a certified TAB professional. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Actively participate in a structured training program covering TAB theory, standards (AABC/NEBB), and practical fieldwork.
- →Assist senior engineers and technicians in performing on-site testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems (air and hydronic).
- →Learn to use and operate specialized TAB instrumentation, such as air data meters, flow hoods, and manometers, to collect accurate performance data.
- →Meticulously record and document field measurements and observations.
- →Assist in the analysis of test data and the preparation of detailed TAB reports for clients and project teams.
- →Collaborate with project and commissioning teams to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system performance issues.
- →Adhere to all project safety and quality standards.
