We are seeking an Automotive Service Technician Apprentice to assist with mechanical inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles. This position works alongside experienced technicians and provides hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, diagnostic, alignment, and ADAS-related procedures.

Responsibilities

  • →Assist with mechanical inspections on vehicles.
  • →Identify damaged steering, suspension, braking, cooling, HVAC, and drivetrain components.
  • →Assist with pre-repair and post-repair inspections.
  • →Remove and replace suspension, steering, and related mechanical components.
  • →Assist with engine, transmission, drivetrain, and subframe removal and installation as required.
  • →Perform wheel alignments and record alignment measurements.
  • →Conduct basic diagnostic scans and assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical concerns.
  • →Assist with A/C service procedures, including recovery, evacuation, and recharge.
  • →Support ADAS-related inspection and calibration procedures.
  • →Inspect wiring, sensors, connectors, and related components for damage.
  • →Document inspection findings and additional repair needs.
  • →Complete quality-control inspections and verify repairs.
  • →Road test vehicles when required.
  • →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

  • Registered apprentice or recent graduate of an automotive technician program preferred.
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow repair procedures and directions from senior technicians.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
