Principal Analyst - Business Systems (India Office)

The Senior Manager for Enterprise Applications (Pricing and Cost Management) serves as a strategic solution architect responsible for translating complex business needs into scalable, modular, and high‑performing system designs. This role partners closely with business leaders, process owners, product owners, and IT teams to deliver optimized solutions across pricing and supplier cost applications (Flintfox RMx and Custom Tools). The position plays a critical role in shaping digital capabilities that support cost management and pricing facing processes.

Responsibilities: 

• Pricing Logic Configuration: Map complex pricing models - directly into the Application architecture. 
• Master Data Management: Map master data requirements and integration for Pricing Needs.
• System Integration: Align the ERP’s pricing matrices with external CRM, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and e-commerce platforms for omnichannel consistency.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Break down business requirements into modular solution components.
• Conduct functional and technical analysis to evaluate solution options and recommend the most effective approach.
• Design scalable, integrated system architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.
• Ensure solutions support end‑to‑end processes.
• Present recommendations to leadership and guide decision‑making.
• Partner with business and IT teams to ensure solutions meet operational, technical, and strategic needs.
• Support product owners in backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation as per IT Organization standards.
• Help with test script build and solution for data conversion. 
• Estimate technical effort to deliver the solution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is required.
• Extensive experience in IT Solutioning and Delivery
• Proven experience in enterprise applications, solution architecture
• Hands‑on experience implementing pricing solutions processes within an enterprise application framework.
• Familiarity with Flintfox or similar Pricing (Oracle, SAP) solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical designs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to influence decision‑making and drive alignment across diverse teams.
