This role supports the end-to-end delivery of new products and features, from scoping and defining requirements through development, testing, and release, ensuring projects meet timeline and budget expectations. It serves as a key liaison between product management and software development teams, tracking technical issues, resolving constraints, addressing quality escalations, and anticipating bottlenecks throughout the development cycle.

Responsibilities

→3-5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar role
→Experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar delivery-focused role
→Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery processes
→Ability to manage cross-functional teams across product and engineering
→Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivery
→Experience tracking technical issues and driving resolution in complex environments
→Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
→Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Requirements

Background in software engineering or a technical degree
Experience in SaaS or platform-based product environments
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar development tools
Experience supporting release management or QA processes
Prior experience in scaling product delivery across multiple teams
