The University Corporation is a non-profit auxiliary corporation providing commercial and administrative services to California State University, Northridge. • →Direct contact with parents and consumers:

These tasks include but are not limited to contacting parents/consumers by phone or email, conducting

intake process, conducting pre/post surveys, determining parent/consumer needs and assisting them

to meet those needs.

• →Administrative Responsibilities:

These tasks include emailing, returning phone calls, recording information in our data management

system, and attending scheduled FFRC staff meetings and weekly CNP meetings.

• →Outreach and Parent to Parent Support:

These tasks include but are not limited to attending parent support groups, outreach

activities to identify new program participants and find new community resources.

• →Professional Development:

These tasks include but are not limited to attending training sessions.

Bilingual in English and another language commonly spoken by the families served.

Lived experience as a parent, caregiver, or close family member of a child with a disability or developmental delay.

• Knowledge of Regional Center processes and services, special education and related disability services
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Attention to detail for accurate data collection
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively with a variety of people
