Gameday Experience Intern [Fall]

CT United is looking for a Gameday Experience Intern to help deliver a welcoming, exciting, and memorable matchday environment for fans. This highly visible, fan-facing position supports guest services, in-venue activations, and supporter engagement to help ensure every match feels organized, energetic, and community-driven while providing hands-on experience in live event execution.

• →Complete and present an assigned educational project
  
• →Assist with planning and execution of matchday fan experience
  
• →Staff fan zones, promotions, and in-venue activations
  
• →Serve as a frontline guest services ambassador
  
• →Support supporter groups and in-game entertainment
  
• →Help gather fan feedback and post-match insights

• Enrolled in a university/college program or recent graduate (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and matchdays
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, live-event environments
• Interest in live event management, hospitality, or event sponsorship
• Prior experience with athletics, events, customer service, or operations
