Job Description:

Working with our internal system ERP using Odoo platform.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Able to identify improvement areas and deliver solutions for our internal users and monitor the performance result.
Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product design documents.
Monitor and control the project progress, quality and communication with all stakeholders.
Work closely with engineering, merchandiser, procurement, operations, finance, accountant, HR

Requirement:

Bachelor's or master's Degree from a reputable University with outstanding academic achievement (GPA min: 3.3).
Have a good knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo will be plus) and basic accounting.
Minimum level of experience: 1 year and has experienced managing internal tools / corporate at least in the past 6 months.
Strong ownership and team spirit.
Proven on track record managing internal system scalability and efficiency (candidate should have at least 1 successful internal project and can show how he/she managed it from planning to execution, and can promote the success through the data).
Have good analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills.
Have good skills in communication to collaborate work with cross functional teams as the end-users.
Keen to learn and explore new things.
