Responsibilities:

Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store.
Selling watches and controlling online fulfillment
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction based on SOP
Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers
Develop a relationship with existing and new customers inlcuding landlord
Controlling promote and offer the marketing promo
Inventory Control and monthly reporting sales

Requirements:

2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor, preferably having in the retail industry experience is a plus.
Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store.
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction based on SOP.
