Job Summary: | The Department of Radiology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine seeks a Vice Chair of Clinical Operations (VCO) for the Department. This individual will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the radiology department. This includes optimizing resource utilization, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering collaboration across service lines to support the department’s clinical, research, and educational missions. This position is at least a 0.30 FTE and reports directly to the Chair of the Department of Radiology. The Vice Chair of Clinical Operations will also join their respective subspeciality radiology division as a member of the faculty. Administrative support will be provided for the role. Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE Salaries are based on years of experience and are equal across all ranks. Rank will be determined during the interview process after discussion between you and the department about your previous experience. Associate Professor: $500,000 - $650,000 Professor: $500,000 - $650,000 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
