Age: minimum 18 years old
Criminal Record: RCMP Background check must be supplied
Physicality: Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs in each hand repeatedly throughout the day with frequent bending, kneeling, twisting.
Work Ethic: Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Works well with others and maintains a positive attitude under pressure.
Independent: Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Attention to Detail: Maintain high quality-control standards by carefully checking products, equipment, and work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Safety Awareness: Follows all workplace safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

→Bottle water with our automated bottling machine
→Help load and unload the trucks with a forklift
→Help put away inventory
→Help maintain cleanliness of shop and bottling equipment
→Help establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and customers
→Help with truck cleanliness inside and out
→Remove old bottle caps
→Eventually we would also like to train you to take water tests, clean and repair water coolers and coffee makers and be a backup delivery driver.
