- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $154,231.00 to $178,369.00 00 (Clerk Grade 11/12)
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Extensive experience managing high-value land acquisition and compensation programs within tight timeframes and budgetary constraints, while delivering public purpose outcomes.
- →Extensive demonstrated experience developing and delivering strategic land acquisition projects, including strategies, systems and process improvements that support accountability, compliance and value-for-money outcomes.
- →Demonstrated awareness of the State Government’s planning framework and its relationship to the acquisition, disposal and management of lands for public purposes.
- →Extensive experience applying and interpreting the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act, including associated legal processes as they apply to land acquisition.
- →Extensive experience managing professional consultants, including valuation, technical specialists and legal counsel, to deliver successful project outcomes and support robust, evidence-based decisions.
Requirements
~1 min read- Degree or equivalent qualifications in land economics, property valuation or other relevant property related discipline.
