About the Role
~1 min readReporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring creditors and administrative functions are completed accurately and efficiently while supporting the wider business.
Your duties will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and creditor payments
- Reconciling supplier statements and accounts
- Daily banking and cash reconciliations
- Assisting with debtor management and account administration
- End-of-month processing and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies
- Providing administrative support across the business as required
✔ Has experience in accounts payable, creditors or bookkeeping
✔ Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
✔ Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
✔ Can manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
✔ Communicates professionally and confidently
✔ Has strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
✔ Works well independently while contributing positively to a team
✔ Takes pride in producing accurate work
✔ Has a proactive attitude and enjoys finding solutions
