As an Administration Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting our retail operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:

→Accounts payable and reconciliations
→Banking
→Filing and other general administrative tasks
→Resolving customer and internal team members queries or complaints, and making decisions to maintain service excellence

A passion for administrative work and retail
Strong communications skills - both verbal and written
High motivation and results-driven mindset
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A keen eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience in accounts payable, banking, reconciliations, and filing (preferred)
