Outdoor Furniture, BBQ & Outdoor Kitchen Sales Specialist

As a key member of our Outdoor Living team, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect outdoor furniture, BBQ, and outdoor kitchen solutions to suit their lifestyle and entertaining needs. You will combine your product knowledge, sales expertise, and passion for customer service to create an outstanding shopping experience while helping customers bring their outdoor living visions to life.

• →Deliver elite customer service to every customer, every time.
• →Assist customers in selecting outdoor furniture and BBQs, designing outdoor kitchen solutions, and recommending related products and accessories to create the ultimate outdoor living experience.
• →Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• →Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• →Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and product displays.
• →Follow up customer enquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities.
• →Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• →Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve store objectives.

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, particularly in furniture, BBQs, outdoor living, home improvement, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering a premium customer experience.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to build rapport and confidently close sales.
• Results-driven with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a retail roster.
